When setting up rotations, you can place individuals on that rotation.
- This is not the preferred method as the individual will be in an unassigned position and will have to be moved to a assignment each day the rotation occurs.
- Instead, assign individuals on the shift board under the assignment that they will be riding.
The Dashboard is not frequently visited by most employees. Do not put mission critical announcements only on the dashboard. Follow them up with an email or a message.
When setting up accrual profiles in a person’s record, take the time to put all profiles in for the life of their career.
- This keeps you from having to remember to do it in three, five, or ten years.
