  • This feature allows users to see staffing coverage and assignments over a month-long period to assist with planning, scheduling awareness, and operational readiness.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Click on Scheduling > Shift Board.



2. Click on 30 Days.

3. The 30-day view shows all assignments collapsed down with a number of individuals assigned located on the right. The colors allow you to quickly see the staffing levels.
  • Green is full and level staffing. 
  • Red is below staffing levels. 
  • Blue is above staffing levels.

4. Click on the Expand Icon to open up all assignments. This will allow you to see the individuals assigned.

5. You can also click the plus sign to open up one assignment at a time.

6. The next button collapses vacancies on the Shift Board. Finally, the search bar allows you to search for a User, Qualifier, Group, Rank, or District.

7. The blue arrows allow you to navigate Month by Month, or you can click the Calendar Icon to jump further in advance. When you are off of the current month, the Today button will turn blue, allowing you to rapidly return.

8. The filters work to allow you to filter down by:
  1. Boards: These are pre-saved views that limit which assignments appear.
  2. Assignments: This allows you to choose which assignments will appear.
  3. Rotations: This allows you to filter down to a particular Rotation.
