Adding Holdover Hours to Assignments
Purpose
- To explain how to add Holdover Hours to entire assignments.
- Oftentimes employees are held-over at the end of shift due to an incident. Adding Holdover Hours allows the department to document this for accurate reports and payroll purposes.
Video
Directions
1. Click on Scheduling >Shift Board.
2. Click on the three vertical dots next to the assignment.
3. Click on Add Holdover hours.
4. Put in the:
- Duration.
- Work Type.
- Project Code (if needed)
- Notes.and click Save.
5. The holdover hours will be applied to all individuals on the assignment.
