To explain how to place individuals on the Shift Board on a rotation.
Placing users on rotation allows them to appear on the assignment each day they are scheduled to work, without you having to move them there every time. The system will do it for you.

Directions
1. Click on Scheduling>Shift Board.
2. Click on the vacancy you want a individual to fill.
3. Click on On Rotation.
Note: Your departments default shift board settings may have On Rotation by default. If that is the case, you do not have to worry about this.
4. Type in the employees name that will be on a rotation. When they appear, select them from the list.
5. Then fill in the following:
Rotation:
What rotation will the individual be on?
From Date:
The first day the individual will be on the rotation.
Until Date: Optional field.
Allows for the individual to be removed from the assignment while maintaining historical data.
