Updating Accrual Profiles

Purpose

  1. To explain how to apply accrual profiles to an individual's personnel record. 
  2. Accrual Profiles allow you to assign the Time Off Types and Accrue time based off of settings that are set up within the Scheduling Module.

Directions

1. Click on Personnel > Personnel List.






2. Select the Edit pencil next to the person whose Accrual Profile you need to adjust.

3. Click on Accruals.

4. To add new profiles, select Change Profile.

5. Choose:
  1. The Profile from the Drop Down. 
  2. The Start Date. 
  3. The End Date.
  4. If there is no end date associated with the profile you chose, you can leave this field blank. 
  5. Click Save when done. 






6. The profile will appear, and you will see the Accrual Bank has information regarding all the time off types that the individuals can accrue.

Idea
NOTE: We recommend adding the Accrual Profiles for the Life of an employee so that you do not have to remember to do it at a later time. 


7. Clicking on the edit pencil next to a Time Off type allows us to adjust the hours the individual has within the selected Time Off type.

8. Here, we can:
  1. See the Current Amount of time a user has to take off.
  2. Enter a new amount of time. 
  3. Add any notes.
Click Save when done. 






9. Click on View History to see the history of time accrued.

10. Here you can:
  1. See Manual Based Adjustments and the ability to Revert using the Arrow. 
  2. See Time Based Accruals.






11. Clicking the arrow will allow you to revert any manual adjustments.

12. A Pop-up will appear with information regarding the reversion of the manual adjustment. If you are sure, click Revert.
