NOTE: The following permissions are required to update Accrual information.

Navigating to Accruals
Navigate to Personnel > Personnel List
From this screen, you are able to view all personnel in the department.
To edit accrual information, select the pencil to the right.
For this example, we will be updating Adam Leavitt's information.
Next, select the Accrual's sub menu from the list on the left of the screen.
From here, we are able to update:
Profile History
Accrual Profile
Accrual Bank
Profile History
The Profile History sectionshows:
The Name of the Profile
The Start Date of the profile
The End Date of the profile
Actions (Edit or delete)
Editing Profile History Logs
To edit a Profile History log select the pencil to the right.
A pop up window will appear that allows you to change the profile, start date, and end date.
Once you have changed the needed information, select Update.
Deleting a Profile Log
To delete a log, simply select the trash can to the right.
A pop up window will appear, confirming that you want to delete the profile log.
If you are sure, select delete.
Recommendation: When changing a users profile (for example, from 1 year to 2-5 years), do not update or delete the current log. This deletes the history of that existing log. We will discuss how to create a new profile next.
Changing (or adding) the Accrual Profile
When an individual has reached the end of their current accrual profile or they are a new hire, we can add another to the profile history.
This maintains a history of the changes to their accrual profiles.
SelectChange Profile from the upper right hand side of the screen.
A pop up window will appear, allowing you to select:
The Profile
The Start Date
The End Date (if there is one)
You will note that the start date will reflect the day after the current profile expires, this is to save you time when entering a new profile.
If you are creating a profile for the first time for a individual, the start date will be the current date.
Select the profile you want to change to, input the end date (if there is one) and select save.
The profile will appear in the Profile History, and a green box will appear in the lower left hand corner, confirming that the information saved successfully.
Recommendation: To save you time later down the road when updating a individuals accrual profile, go ahead and put in all profiles. As they expire, the new one will take affect automatically.
Accrual Bank
The Accrual Bank shows information regarding the amount of time off including:
Time Off Type
Amount
Max Hours Allowed
Actions (Edit and View)
Editing Time Off Accruals
To edit Time Off Accruals, select the pencil to the right.
A pop up window will appear, allowing you to manually adjust the hours for the selected type.
In this example we are adjusting the Sick hours.
We can adjust by typing in a new value, or selecting the arrows to the right of the box.
Hours can be increased or decreased depending on the need.
Before we save, we are able to see the difference between the current amount and the new amount below the new amount box.
When we have adjusted the hours, select the Save button.
The new hours will be reflected in the Amount column, and a green box should appear in the lower left hand corner confirming that the information saved successfully.
Viewing a Time Off Types Accrual History
To view the history associated with a Time Off Types accrual, select the eye to the right.
A pop up will appear, showing you the accrual history.
