Requesting Time Off

Purpose 

  1. To explain how to submit a Time Off request from the Time Off section of the Scheduling  module. 
IMPORTANT: Personnel and Scheduling modules have split. This article and video tell you to access the Personnel Module. You should instead access the Scheduling Module.

Directions

1. Navigate to Personnel>Time Off.






2. The dates that you are working in the next 30 days will appear as selectable boxes.

3. You can change the date range that appears by selecting the Time off Start Date and the Time Off End Date.

4. Select the date that you are requesting time off for.

5. Next, type who the request will go to and select them from the list.

6. Select a Time Off Type from the drop down menu.

7. Select a project code (if your department requires one).
