Approving/Denying Time Cards

Purpose

  1. To explain how supervisors can Approve/Deny Time Cards.

Directions

1. Click on Scheduling> Time Card.






2. Turn on the Show Only Pending Users, then search for the user you want to manage.

3. If the week looks appropriate, and no changes need to be made, you can click Approve Week.

4. You can also approve, deny, edit, or delete single days. Select the time you want to manage.

5. Click on the green checkmark to approve that date only. 
  • The Red Circle denys that particular days request. 
  • The Pencil allows you to edit the existing date. 
  • The trashcan allows you to delete the existing date. 
When done, Click Save
IMPORTANT: The Approve Week button will overwrite all single day denied days and revert them to approved. 


Click on the green checkmark to approve that date only.
