Adding individuals to Unassigned Persons

Purpose

  1. To explain how to add individuals to Unassigned Persons on Shift Board. 
  2. Unassigned Persons are individuals associated with the rotation, but not a specific assignment on that rotation. 
  3. These people are dragged and dropped to different positions depending on the needs of the shift, like a Float Company.

Directions

1. Click on Scheduling > Shift Board.






2. Click the plus sign. 






3. Fill in the following:
  • Employee Name. 
  • Rotation. 
  • From. 
  • Until.
    • This is optional. 
  • Start and End time. 
  • Kelly Days.
    • When turned on, you will have to put the recurring time off, when it starts, and the time off type. 
  • Notes.







4. Select Save when done. 


Select Save when done.
