Vacation Bidding: Submitting Bids

Purpose:

  1. This article goes over how to submit vacation bids for yourself. 
Vacation Bidding allows departments to have individuals plan their days off for the year to ensure adequate staffing is met, as well as the ability to forecast overtime if needed.

Directions 

1. Click Scheduling> Time Off. 






2. Click on Vacation Bidding.


Click on Vacation Bidding.



3. Click on the Eye of the Vacation Bid that you will be choosing days for.

4. Click the checkmark on the days that you want to bid on. To determine how many days you get to choose, look next to Round 1.

5. When done, click on Submit Request.
