Directions
1. Click on Scheduling>Shift Board.
2. In the Scheduling Deputy you can find approved Time Offs, as well as Time Off Requests that have been sent to you for approval.
3. To approve a request, click the check mark. To deny a request, select the red x.
4. In this example, we have selected the checkmark to approve this request. We now have the ability to add any notes. When done, click the Approve Button.
5. To approve Shift Trades from the Shift Board, scroll to the Trade section of the Scheduling Deputy.
6. To approve the trade, select the check mark. To deny the trade, select the red x.
