Adding Notes to the Shift Board

Purpose

  1. To explain how to add notes to the shift board.

Directions

1. Click on Scheduling > Shift Board.






2. Click on Events.

3. Click on the plus sign to Add a Note.

4. You can change the color of the note by selecting from the colors listed.

5. You can also change the text style.

6. Clicking on the expand icon will pop the note out into a larger view.

7. In this view you have the same capabilities as before.

8. Once you've typed your note, a save icon will appear in the upper right hand corner. Click it to save the note.

9. You can edit existing notes by selecting the pencil, or delete existing notes by selecting the trashcan.
