Adding Notes to the Shift Board

Purpose

  1. To explain how to add notes to the shift board. 
IMPORTANT: Personnel and Scheduling modules have split. This article and video tell you to access the Personnel Module. You should instead access the Scheduling Module.

Directions

1. Click on Personnel> Shift Board. 






2. Click on Events. 


Click on Events.



3. Click on Add Note. 


Click on Add Note.



4. Type in the message that you want to appear on the Shift Board. You can enhance the view of the text by:
  • Changing the colors.
  • Bold, italicize, creating headings. 
  • Bulleted or numbered lists. 






5. When done, click on the save button.
