Viewing Other Individuals Calendar in My Shifts

Purpose

  1. To explain how to view other individuals My Shift calendars from your personal First Due login. 
Alert
NOTE: Only those with sufficient permissions will be able to view other individuals My Shift calendar. 
Idea
This can be helpful when ensuring you placed the individual on the correct rotation, or when checking their availability (or unavailability).

Directions 


1. Navigate to Scheduling>My Shifts.






2. You can narrow down who's calendar you want to view by Users, Qualifiers, Groups, or Districts.

3. Select the Users box in the upper left hand corner.

4. Select the individuals who's My Shift calendar you wish to view.

5. Once you have determined who's calendar you want to view, select Search.

6. The individuals that you selected will now appear in the Calendar.

7. To show only your calendar again, click on reset.
