Submitting Shift Trades from My Shifts

Purpose

  1. To explain how to submit a shift trade from the My Shifts calendar.

Directions

1. Click on Scheduling> My Shifts.






2. Click on the date that you wish to trade with someone on.

3. Click on Request Shift Trade.


Click on Request Shift Trade.



4. Determine:
  1. Who will approve the request. (your department may have this pre-filled with a user, or not have this field at all.)
  2. If it is a partial or full shift.
  3. Who you will be trading with. 
Click Submit request when done.




5. You can also submit multiple days of shift trades. Select Multiple Select.

6. Choose the days you want to trade and select Done.

7. Select Request Shift Trade from the pop-up.

8. Fill in the trade information as we did above.
