Requesting Time Off from My Shifts

Purpose

  1. To explain how to submit time off requests from My Shifts. 
IMPORTANT: Personnel and Scheduling modules have split. This article and video tell you to access the Personnel Module. You should instead access the Scheduling Module.

Directions


1. Navigate to Personnel>My Shifts.






2. Select the number above a day you want to request time off on.

3. Click on Request Time Off.

4. Select who you are sending the request to.


Select who you are sending toe request to.



5. Click on Submit Request.

Submitting Time Off on Multiple Days


1. To submit multiple days of leave from My Shift, select Multiple Selection.

2. Select the numbers above the days you are scheduled to work. As you select them, they will turn purple.

3. Click on Done.

4. Click on Request Time Off.
