Requesting Time Off from My Shifts

Purpose

  1. To explain how to submit time off requests from My Shifts.

Directions

1. Click on Scheduling> My Shifts.






2. Choose the date that you are requesting off.

3. Click on Request Time Off.


Click on Request Time Off.



4. Fill in:
  1. Who the Approver will be. (This may be auto-filled in your department.)
  2. The Time off Type and Project Code (if needed).
  3. Determine if it will be a full shift, or partial hours.
  4. Type any Notes.
Click Submit Request when done. 





5. You can also select multiple days to request off. Click on Multiple Selection

6. Select the days, and click Done.

7. Click on Request Time Off.
