Directions
1. Click on Personnel>Setup.
2. Click on Time Off Types.
3. Click on Add Time Off Type.
4. Fill in the:
Time off type name.
Shortcode.
Color.
Determine if you want the time off type included in call shifts.
Determine if you want to protect (hide) the time off type on the shift board.
Add any subtypes.
Click Save when done.
5. Click on Accruals.
6. Choose a accrual profile to update, and toggle on the Time Off type you just created.
7. Select Hours Worked from Frequency, and fill out the following:
Accrues- how many will be accrued.
Choose between Hours, Days, or Shifts.
Every- what time span will it be accrued.
Included Work Types- What work types will have the ability to accrue compensatory time.
Accruals max hours- what is the maximum amount a individual can accrue.
When done, select Save.
8. Hovering over a individual on the shift board will reveal if they are receiving Comp Time for their work shift.
IMPORTANT: This will only appear on a user after midnight in your respective time zone. A process is set to run at midnight which awards the hours to the users accrual profile, as well as flags them on the shift board.
