Purpose

  1. To explain the Daily Roster version of the Scheduling Module. 


How do I know if I have Daily Roster?

  1. On the Shift Board, can you see the Off Roster section? Do you have the ability to see Events?
    1. If you do not see the Off Roster section, or the ability to see events, You have the Daily Roster.






  1. When you Right Click a User on the Shift Board do you see the ability to send a Shift Reminder?
    1. If you do not see the Send Shift Reminder, you have the Daily Roster.





  1. If you are still not sure, reach out to your Client Success Manager and they can inform you if you are using the Daily Roster. 


Information Related to Daily Roster

Sub-modules you can access:

  1. The Daily Roster allows departments to place users on the Shift Board so that they can be accessed appropriately in Fire and EMS reports. 
  1. The Daily Roster does not allow access to:
      1. Dashboard.
      2. Call Shifts.
      3. Messaging.
      4. Time Off.
      5. Shift Trades. 
      6. Time Card.
      7. System Log. 

Shift Board

  1. On the Shift Board you have the ability to utilize the following features:

Shift Board Overviews

  1. Shift Board Overview: 30 Day View
  2. Shift Board Overview: 7 Day View
  3. Shift Board Overview: Three Day View
  4. Shift Board Overview: Single Day

Placing Individuals

  1. Placing Individuals on a Single Day
  2. Placing Individuals On Rotation
  3. Placing Individuals on Leave from the Shift Board
  1. Adding Holdover Hours
  2. Admin Entered Trades
  3. Printing the Shift Board
  4. Setting up and Deploying Snap Assignments
  5. Roster Count
  6. Adding Notes to Assignments
  7. Swapping Users on the Shift Board
  8. Setting up Recurring Kelly Days
  9. Changing a Users Rotation


Setup

  1. This section will contain all the normal Setup Settings; however, most do not apply to the Daily Roster.
  2. The following settings apply to the Daily Roster:

    1. You CAN NOT USE THE FOLLOWING SETTINGS IN THIS SECTION:
      1. Signing Up for Vacancies.
      2. Validating Assignments.
