Directions
1. Click on Scheduling> Shift Board.
2. Click on the pencil next to the individual who is changing rotations.
3. In the Until Date, type in the day the individual will no longer be on their current rotation.
4. Determine if you want to keep or delete all Time Off and Trades that the user has in the future.
5. Click on Save.
6. You can also delete a user from the rotation. Be aware that this is not the preferred method, as these actions cannot be undone.
Delete This Date will only delete the current date that the user is working on.
Delete This Date and the Followings deletes the current date the user is working on, as well as any future dates. This is the one you would select if a user is changing rotations.
Delete All Occurrences will delete all shift board data associated with the user. This will affect all historical data the user is associated with.
7. Next, go to the day the user will begin their new rotation and select the vacancy they will be filling.
8. If you see On Rotation at the bottom of the screen, click it.
9. Type in the employees name and select them when they appear.
10. Choose the Rotation that the individual will be associated with. Finally:
