 Purpose: This guide is designed to assist in setting up First Due accounts. This Guide contains articles that cover Set Up, Training Personnel, Helpful Articles, and Tips and Best Practices.

Tips and Best Practices

  1. For those using payroll summary within Activities, Training or Incident Documentation modules they must create the Activity Types within the Activities setup to have the option to track. 

  1. Using the advance search fields is the best practice to find any event either from the Event List or Activities Log > List tab.
    1. When using the List tab in the Activities Log select the eye icon then go to item, this will take you to the that items module. 
    2. Important: When in the Event List and nothing is displayed remember to check advanced search fields and also you can select Archived for any past events. 
  1. In Activities Log using the advance search fields note that those are sticky fields and carry across all three views; Calendar, Daily View, List.
