Activities: Configuring Notification Settings
Purpose
- To explain how enable Notifications within the Activities module.
Video
Directions
1. Click on Activities.
2. Click on Setup.
3. Click on Notifications.
4. Click on Send notification to assigned users.
If enabled then the assigned user will receive a notification of that event.
5. Click on Enable notification for event creator.
If enabled the creator of the event will receive a notification of the event.
6. Click on Send Only Future Events.
If enabled then only notifications of future events will be sent out.
7. Click on Send daily digest.
First Due will send an email of a daily digest to the selected personnel.
8. Click on remove tag.
If someone wishes to be removed from the daily digest emails click on red x located to the right of their name.
9. Click on Allowed Modules dropdown.
Choose which Modules the daily digest will pull from to send the email.
10. Click on Save.
11. Indication alert that settings have been updated.
