Activities: Editing / Deleting Activity Types
Purpose
- To explain the editing or deleting of an Activity Type within the Activities module.

Directions
1. Click on Activities.
2. Click on Setup.
3. Click on either Program, Event Types or Activity Types.
Select which tab has the event type, activity type or program you wish to edit/delete.
4. Finding the event type, activity type or program.
By clicking on any column with the blue arrows will sort that column in ascending / descending order.
5. Click on Edit.
Choose which event type, activity type or program you wish to edit by selecting the pencil icon located in the Action column.
6. Click on Update.
After completing any edits to the selected event type, activity type or program.
7. Deleting an Event Type, Activity Type or Program.
Select on the trash can icon located next to the Event Type, Activity Type or Program.
8. Click on Delete Event Type…
First Due will confirm that you wish to delete.
9. Bulk Deleting.
The ability to bulk delete can be done with the check boxes then select the trash can icon located at the top.
10. Click on Delete Event Types…
First Due will confirm if you wish to delete the selected items.
11. Indication alert.
After editing or deleting there will be a green box appearing in the bottom left corner.
