Activities: Configuring Event Reminders

Purpose

To explain how to set event reminders within the Activities module.

Directions


1. Click on Activities.


Click on Activities.



2. Click on Setup.


Click on Setup.



3. Click on Notifications.


Click on Notifications.



4. Check Remind employees.

If enabled First Due will send a reminder of the event to the assigned user/s.



Check Remind employees.



5. Click on Hours before event.

Using the arrows located to the right set the hours before the event that the reminder will be sent out to the assigned user/s.



Click on Hours before event.



6. Click on Event types.

Select which event types that the reminders will be sent out for.



Click on Event types.



7. Click on Save.


Click on Save.



8. Indication alert that settings have been updated.
