Activities: Event List Overview

Purpose

  1. To give an overview of the features within the Events List of the Activities module.

Directions


1. Navigate to Activities then select Event List.


Within Activities select Event List.



2. Narrow down the event list with the advance search fields.

3. After selecting the fields click on Search.
IMPORTANT: Within Activities the advanced searches are sticky fields remember to always select Reset to clear all fields.

4. Selecting on the download icon.

This will download a CSV file for what is displayed on the page.

5. Selecting the Active or Archived tab.

Active will display any events from the present date to future dates.

Archived displays any events from past dates.

6. Creating a new event from the event list by selecting on Create New Event.

7. Columns can be sorted in ascending / descending order by selecting any column title that has the blue arrows.

9. Selecting the eye icon.

This will bring up an event's details page where you are able to download any attachments by clicking on the link.






10. Selecting the pencil icon.

Allows the event to be edited.



11. Selecting the trash can icon.

An alert appears to verify deleting the event.

12. To bulk delete events with check boxes.

Select on each event or the top box to select all events listed on page then select the trash can.
