Training - Manage Certifications Download Fails for Large Record Sets
- What - Resolved an issue that prevented users from downloading certification records when the record count exceeded 10,000. Certification downloads now complete successfully regardless of record volume.
- Why - This fix ensures users can reliably export full certification datasets without needing to reduce or filter records before downloading.

How
- Navigate to Training → Manage Certifications.
- Click the Download button.
- All certification records will download successfully, including datasets exceeding 10,000 records.
- The previous workaround of filtering records below 10,000 before downloading is no longer necessary.
- Use Case - A training administrator needs to export all certification records for reporting or compliance review. They can now use Training → Manage Certifications → Download to retrieve the complete dataset in one download, even when the total number of records is greater than 10,000.
Training - Training Class Custom View Attendee Column Blank
- What - Resolved an issue where the Attendee column in saved custom views for Training Classes displayed blank even when attendees were assigned to a class.
- Why - This fix ensures users can rely on saved custom views to accurately display attendee information without needing additional configuration or alternate views.

- Navigate to Training → Training Classes.
- Create or select a saved view that includes the Attendee column.
- Classes with assigned attendees now display attendee data correctly in the Attendee column.
- Use Case - A training administrator uses a saved custom view to monitor class participation and verify assigned attendees. The Attendee column now displays the expected attendee information directly in the custom view, making it easier to review class rosters and training participation at a glance.
Training - Course Library Pinned Courses Not Appearing in Filter
- What - Resolved an issue where pinned courses in the Course Library incorrectly displayed Pinned = No and did not appear when the Pinned Course = Yes filter was applied, even when the course showed the pin icon and had assigned users.
- Why - This fix ensures pinned course status is reflected accurately so users can reliably filter and locate pinned courses in the Course Library.

How
- Navigate to Training → Setup → Course Library.
- Click the pin icon on a course.
- Assign users and click Save.
- The course now correctly displays Pinned = Yes.
- Apply the Pinned Course = Yes filter to view pinned courses.
- Use Case - A training administrator pins required courses for specific users and then filters the Course Library to review all pinned courses. The pinned courses now display correctly in the results when the Pinned Course = Yes filter is applied, making it easier to confirm assigned training content.
Training - Certifications Course List Cannot Be Edited After Save
- What - Resolved an issue where the course list on an existing course-based certification could not be updated after the certification was initially saved. Courses added or removed from the dropdown now persist correctly after saving.
- Why - This fix ensures users can maintain accurate certification course requirements without needing to recreate the certification when course assignments change.

- Navigate to Training → Certifications.
- Open an existing course-based certification.
- Add or remove courses from the course list dropdown.
- Click Save.
- The updated course list will now persist correctly.
- Use Case - A training administrator needs to update a course-based certification after requirements change, such as adding a new required course or removing one that no longer applies. They can now edit the course list dropdown, click Save, and rely on the updated course list remaining attached to the certification.
Training - Training Class Print Non-Users Excluded from Printed Roster
- What - Resolved an issue where non-users added as participants to a training class did not appear on the printed roster when using either print option.
- Why - This fix ensures printed training rosters accurately include all class participants, including non-users, for attendance tracking and recordkeeping.
