Troubleshooting & FAQs
Why can’t I edit a training plan?
If a training plan already has assigned members, certain plan details cannot be edited. You must either unassign the members or clone the plan.
What is the difference between archiving and deleting a plan?
Archiving removes the plan from the active list while preserving historical data. Deleting is only available for plans in draft status.
What are Global Plans?
Global Plans are pre-loaded training plans established by First Due. These may include standardized plans such as those used for ISO tracking.
Can enabled Global Plans be changed?
Yes. Once enabled and added to the active list, global plans can be edited to manage items such as members and requirement areas.
When should I clone a plan?
Clone a plan when you want to reuse an existing structure without changing the original plan.
