Purpose Statement
The Training Log provides a person-centric view of training history by displaying training classes on a per-attendee basis. This view allows administrators and supervisors to quickly review, filter, and export individual training records for reporting, audits, and compliance purposes.
Background Information
Unlike the Training Classes List, which is class-focused, the Training Log organizes data around individual personnel. This makes it ideal for:
Reviewing a single employee’s training history
Responding to audit or compliance requests
Exporting records for external reporting or analysis
By default, attendee names appear on the left side of the list, with each associated training record displayed to the right.
Prerequisites:
Access to the Training Module
Training classes completed or recorded for users
Required Permissions
Users accessing the Training Log typically require:
View Training Log or View Training Records – Required to access the log
View Training Classes – Required to view class-level details
Export Training Data – Required to download training records
Permissions may vary based on role and agency configuration.
