Purpose Statement
This article explains how administrators and end users access and use Learning Management System (LMS) content within the First Due Training Module. LMS integration allows agencies to assign, track, and complete e-learning content while maintaining accurate training records and compliance reporting.
Background Information
First Due’s LMS functionality is available to agencies licensed for the Advanced Training Module and configured with an approved LMS provider. LMS content is imported during implementation and managed through the Course Library, then assigned to users through standard Training Class workflows. LMS Content may also be created by an agency using the Course Builder feature.
LMS-based training is designed to be self-complete, allowing end users to independently complete assigned content directly from their Training Dashboard.
Prerequisites:
Advanced Training Module enabled
LMS provider selected and configured
LMS content imported
