Purpose Statement
The Trainings List provides module administrators and authorized users with a centralized location to view, search, filter, and manage training classes that have been initiated within First Due. This list streamlines oversight, supports efficient roster management, and ensures training records are properly completed so personnel receive credit.

Common use cases include:
Monitoring training progress and approval status
Adding or managing attendees across multiple classes
Printing class rosters for documentation or signatures
Completing classes so attendees receive training credit

Verify permissions before attempting actions like deleting classes or recording exposures.
Regularly review In Progress classes to avoid stalled training records.
Troubleshooting & FAQs
Why can’t I see certain actions in the Actions column?
Your user role may not have the required permissions, or the action may depend on module licensing.
Why didn’t students receive credit after finishing courses?
All attendees completing objectives does not automatically complete the class. An admin or instructor must select Complete within the class.
Why can’t I bulk approve a Training?
Only classes with a Pending Approval status can be bulk approved.
Can students be added twice using Bulk Add Attendees?
No. The system automatically prevents duplicate roster entries.
