- What - Fire Investigation has been enhanced with a modernized user experience and improved tools for managing investigation records. Updates include a redesigned Investigation List, advanced filtering and sorting, customizable columns, Saved Views, bulk actions, improved tabbed navigation, responsive layouts, updated data entry fields, enhanced grids and modals, improved People Involved workflows, Examination tab updates, redesigned signature capture, electronic signature support, and improved attachment viewing options.
- Why - These enhancements streamline investigation documentation, reduce manual effort, improve visibility into investigation data, and support more accurate and compliant reporting for fire investigation workflows.

How
- Navigate to the Fire Investigation module.
- Use the redesigned Investigation List to filter, sort, customize columns, save views, and manage selected records using the Bulk Actions Banner.
- Open an investigation record to use the updated tabbed navigation, responsive layout, improved documentation fields, toggle controls, enhanced grids, and larger modals.
- Use the updated People Involved, Examination, Signatures, and Attachments areas to document details, update examination information, capture electronic signatures, and switch between Grid View and List View for attachments.
- Note: Available actions, permissions, Saved Views, signature requirements, and attachment options may vary based on agency configuration.

Use Case - A user managing fire investigations can quickly locate records using filters and Saved Views, export or authorize multiple investigations through bulk actions, document investigation details using improved tabs and modals, capture electronic signatures, and review attachments in the preferred view, helping complete investigation reports more efficiently and accurately.
