In order to provide you with more detailed information on our updates we have broken the Release Notes down by module.

New Features

  1. What: User can send a Single Email for multiple inspections with Linked Reports (Invoices and Permits). 

  2. Why: As an inspector, I need the ability to send a single email containing inspection reports, linked invoices, and permits for multiple locations, so recipients can easily access and identify the associated documents without receiving multiple emails.

  3. How: No set-up needed.

  4. Use Case: If we were inspecting a 50-building complex, the current system would send 50 individual emails. Instead, this feature allows the inspector to combine all the inspection reports into one email, grouped by location and business name, and each inspection will have a single PDF showing the combined inspection, invoice(s), and permit(s) linked to the inspection simplifying communication for the recipient.

Feature Enhancements

  1. What: Added additional Fields to the Field Update Checklist Item Type

  2. Why: Allows a user to review data fields and be able to update it from the checklist area.

  3. How: Use the Field Update Checklist Item Type in an Inspection Checklist and select the field(s) to view and update.

  4. Use Case: As a user, I want to be able to update an occupancy data field (record field) in my checklist area
