Checklist Item Numbering on Inspection Forms
- What: Enable Checklist Item Numbering on Inspection Forms.
- Why: As a Fire Marshal or Inspector, I want to enable sequential numbering for checklist items on inspection forms so that items can be clearly referenced by both inspectors and property owners when discussing inspection results.
- How: Added a new checkbox option "Show Checklist Item Numbering on the Form" at the inspection type level on the Forms Tab.
- Use Case: Adding sequential numbering to checklist items makes it easier to reference specific violations or requirements during follow-up discussions with property owners.This feature will ensure consistent numbering throughout the inspection cycle (initial inspection and reinspection’s), allowing for clear tracking of violations and their resolution status.Sequential numbering improves clarity in official inspection reports and facilitates better communication between all stakeholders.
