Inspection List: Bulk Operations

Purpose:

  1. To demonstrate the bulk print and bulk delete functionality of the Inspection List.

Directions

1. Click on the expand icon to view all list filters.

2. Filter the inspection list as desired.

3. Click on the column header check, or multi select individual inspections for bulk operations.

4. Delete, download, or sync inspections.

Use the  icon to download a batch of inspections to your browser. These inspections will be available offline, and users can access and complete the occupancy, contacts, checklist, and signatures sections without an internet connection. These reports will automatically sync when internet connection is reestablished.

5. Click on Bulk Actions for additional operations.

6. Click on Send Email to email the inspection report to the inspection contact and any other contacts designated as "marked for email report".

This capability is tied to the permission: "Bulk Email Completed Inspections" in the Fire Prevention bucket.
This permission allows the use to bulk email completed inspections and re-inspections. 





Linked reports and permits can be included in the emails with the "Include Linked Reports" toggle turned on.
 


7. Click on Print to print or download to pdf bulk inspection reports.
