The Inspections List serves as the central hub for inspection management, allowing users to quickly locate specific inspections through various filtering options, perform bulk operations on multiple inspections, and access individual inspection actions. This feature is essential for maintaining compliance with fire safety regulations and ensuring efficient inspection scheduling and completion tracking. The list integrates with the Inspections Map view and supports offline inspection capabilities for field operations.
Required Permissions
Inspections View: Required to access and view the Inspections List
Inspections Edit: Needed to modify inspection schedules and perform bulk actions
Inspections Delete: Required for deletion operations (individual and bulk)
Inspections Download: Necessary for offline inspection synchronization
Email Send: Required to send inspection reminders and completed inspection reports

Step-by-Step Guide
1. Click on Inspections.
2. Click on Inspections List.
3. Enter data to filter the Inspection List in global search field and select search.
Global Search works in the Address and Business Name fields.
4. Click on Expand to view Advanced Search fields.
5. Enter or select data to filter the Inspections List by and select Apply.
6. Click on Reset to reset the Advanced Search fields.
The reset includes all Advanced Search Fields and Global Search.
7. Click on Save View to save the applied filters.
8. Enter a name for the Saved View and click on Save.

10. Click on Collapse to collapse the Advanced Search fields.
11. Click on Inspections Map to view the Inspections List in the Inspections Map.
The Inspections Map will respect an filters applied with global or advanced search.
12. Click on Show to display columns in Inspections List. Check mark fields in the dropdown list to display.
The columns to show will reset to the default value if the user navigates away from the Inspections List page.
13. Drag and Drop to reorder columns.
14. Select and drag column separator to increase/decrease column width.
15. Click on any column title to sort in ascending or descending order.
16. Select All or individual Inspections to enable a bulk operation.
Hint: Apply Advanced Search Filters before using Bulk Actions.

Delete - Warning! This is a permanent action and cannot be reversed.
Download - Used to sync inspection data for Offline Inspections.
Sync - Used in the event the automatic offline inspection data upload fails.
Send Email - Used to email completed inspections.
Print - Used to print completed inspections.

A: Use the manual Sync option from either bulk actions or individual inspection actions to force the data upload.
Q: I accidentally deleted inspections. Can I recover them?
A: No, deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Always double-check your selection before confirming bulk delete operations.
Q: The Global Search isn't finding my inspection. Why?
A: Global Search only works within Address and Business Name fields. For other criteria, use the Advanced Search filters.
