Troubleshooting & FAQs

Q: Why don't my column customizations stay when I navigate away? A: Column display settings reset to default values when leaving the Inspections List page. This is by design to maintain consistent user experience.

Q: My offline inspection data didn't upload automatically. What should I do? A: Use the manual Sync option from either bulk actions or individual inspection actions to force the data upload.

Q: I accidentally deleted inspections. Can I recover them? A: No, deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Always double-check your selection before confirming bulk delete operations.

Q: The Global Search isn't finding my inspection. Why? A: Global Search only works within Address and Business Name fields. For other criteria, use the Advanced Search filters.
