ITM Reports - Inspection Reminders
Purpose:
- The purpose of this Knowledge Base Article is to demonstrate how to send Inspection reminders to Property Owners and Service Providers submitting ITM Reports.

Instructions:
1. Click on ITM.
2. Click on ITM Reports.
3. Filtering allows you to pare down the list to see specific instances of reports.
4. For this example, we are going to focus on ITM Reports that are denoting an Impairment or a Critical Deficiency in the systems.
5. We can also filter by "Service Date". For this example, we will look at Service Dates "This Month".
6. Once we have selected our filtering criteria. Select "Apply Filters.
7. Now we have pared down our list to only show those ITM submissions that have a service date within this month and also have an initial status of either impairment or critical deficiency.
Select the "check" mark as shown to select all the ITM Reports submissions.
8. Click on Bulk.
9. Click on ITM Reminder.
10. You will have some options as to who you send reminders to. You can select the Property Owner or the Service Provider or Both.
11. For this example, we are going to select Both Property Contact & Service Provider.
12. This will open a modal with an email body. You will have option to create a template with your specific department verbiage.
13. Include a Subject for your email.
14. Body of the email will be pulled in from the template if one exists. Otherwise, you can always type in custom emails.
15. You have the option to include attachments that will communicate further information to your property owners and service providers.
16. Once you have added all your information click on "Send" to email out the Inspection Reminders.
