3. Create a name for the Inspection Reminder Form.
4. Click on the Template Category and choose Inspection Reminder for the Template Category.
5. To help you create a form, please go to the Knowledge Based Article "Inspections: Form Builder Basics" to help you get started with creating a form.
6. Click on My Inspections or Inspections List once you have created an Inspection Reminder form.
7. Select a scheduled inspection.
8. Click on Bulk Actions.
9. Click on Inspection Reminder.
10. Click on Print for Mailing.
11. Click on the dropdown arrow and choose the Form Template to be used.
12. Click on Double-Sided Print option if needed. This option will add the necessary blank pages to print Double-Sided properly.
13. Click on Print to bring up the Template to be printed and then mailed.
