Purpose Statement
Custom Information Tiles allow Community Connect users to provide important information about their property to their local fire department.
These tiles help fire departments collect information that may be useful for emergency response, pre-incident planning, and community safety.
Users can complete questions, provide requested documentation, and save their information directly to their Community Connect profile.
Background Information
Community Connect allows residents to share important property and household information with their local fire department.
Custom Information Tiles are additional information cards created by your fire department to collect specific details relevant to your property.
Depending on your fire department's configuration, these tiles may request information about:
- Property access and entry information.
- Fire protection and safety features.
- Hazardous materials or special hazards.
- Other property-specific information requested by your fire department.
Each Custom Information Tile appears as a separate card within Community Connect.
Important: The Information Tiles available to you are determined by your fire department. Not all Community Connect users will see the same tiles.
Required Permissions
No additional permissions are required to complete Custom Information Tiles.
