Purpose Statement
Creating a Residential Community Connect account allows homeowners and residents to securely register their property and provide important household information that can assist emergency responders before, during, and after an emergency.
Background Information
Community Connect is a secure, resident-facing portal that enables residents to voluntarily share property and household information with their local fire department. Once an account is created, residents can register their property, maintain household information, and update important details such as pets, functional needs, and other safety information.
If a property is already associated with another Community Connect account, the system includes an ownership transfer process to verify residency before access is granted.
