What - A new Print option is available from the Hydrant List, allowing users to generate a professionally formatted, landscape PDF that reflects the current list view, including applied filters, visible columns, column order, and selected records across multiple pages.
Why - This enhancement makes it easier to create readable hydrant lists for field use, operational planning, and documentation without relying on exports that may not retain useful formatting, filter context, or appropriate print sizing.
How
Open the Hydrant List and apply the desired filters, sorting, and visible columns.
Select individual hydrants or use Select all X records to include all matching records across every page of the filtered list.
Select Print in the upper-right corner of the list view.
Ensure that no more than seven columns are visible.
When more than seven columns are displayed, the Column limit exceeded message appears.
Select Adjust selection to update the visible columns, or select Cancel to exit.
Review the generated Hydrant List preview, including active filters, record count, page numbers, and formatted table data.
Use the preview controls to navigate through the available pages.
Select Save to generate the PDF or Cancel to return to the list without saving.
The PDF preserves the displayed column order and uses consistent headers, footers, spacing, and pagination for readability.
Use Case - A user preparing a field inspection route can filter the Hydrant List by zone, status, station, or other available criteria, display the most relevant columns, and generate a landscape PDF containing all matching hydrants for convenient reference in the field.
