Self-Paced First Due Training

First Due LMS is a self-paced training program that helps users learn how to use First Due software through on-demand courses available in the First Due platform. Courses are organized by module and experience level, with Beginner courses for basic end users, Intermediate courses for supervisors and officers, and Advanced courses for administrators and users responsible for setup or configuration. The program supports onboarding, refresher training, and continued learning as users take on new responsibilities. First Due LMS is separate from third-party LMS partners and content providers, such as Fire Engineering or Air Methods.
