- Navigate to the Community Connect sign-in page.
- Select Forgot Password.
On the password reset page, enter your Email Address.
- Select Send password reset email.
- Open the password reset email sent to your inbox.
- Select the hyperlink in the email to begin resetting your password.
- Enter your new Password.
- Confirm your new Password.
- Select Change Password.
