Purpose Statement
The My Shifts feature allows users to view their individual work schedule, availability, time off, and off-roster information in a centralized calendar view. This helps personnel clearly understand their upcoming assignments and availability status without needing access to full department scheduling tools.
Background Information
My Shifts is part of the Scheduling module and is designed for individual users to monitor their own schedules. It supports both monthly and weekly calendar views and reflects department-defined availability settings. The calendar visually distinguishes work shifts, time off, off-roster entries, and rotation information using color indicators.
