Purpose Statement
Shift Exclusions allow authorized users to exclude personnel from Call Shifts or Mandatory hiring for a specific day or a defined period within that day. Exclusions can also be applied across multiple dates from the My Shifts calendar.
Background Information
Shift Exclusions are managed from Scheduling → My Shifts.

- Call Shifts
- Mandatory hiring
- Both Call Shifts and Mandatory hiring
An exclusion can cover an entire selected date or a specific period of time using configured start and end times.
The multiple-selection feature can also be used to apply Shift Exclusions across multiple dates.
