What: Improved management and organization of Action Training Systems content.
Why: Action Training System E-Learning Objectives will automatically create a Course
How: Training>Setup>Objectives
Use Case: Departments will be able to download desired E-Learning objectives provided by ATS and utilize the content in a Course.
2. Notification System Configuration
What: A comprehensive notification configuration system for training administrators.
Why: Dedicated notification section.
How: Training > Setup > Notifications
Use Case: Establish notifications for Training all in one area.
3. Commision on Accreditation for Pre-Hospital Continuing Education (CAPCE) Certification Enhancements
What: When launching an EMS course from Action Training Systems, users see a disclaimer explaining CAPCE accreditation.
Why: Improved CAPCE certification process and access control for certificates.
How: Training > Dashboard > Assigned Courses
Use Case: Users will see disclaimer when they begin self-complete class.
Feature Enhancements
1. Added "Use Course" button to Assigned Courses within Dashboard
What: Ability to Use Course on any assigned course to begin training directly from Dashboard
Why: Allows users with assigned Courses to access and complete assigned Courses.
How: Training > Dashboard > Assigned Courses
Use Case: Users can access and complete assigned courses.
2. Enhanced Certification Management & Filters
What: Improvements to certification management and filtering capabilities.
Why: Better visualization of requirements.
How: Training > Manage Certifications
Use Case: Progress bars only appear for certifications "In Progress" state.
3. Administration and Permission Improvements
What: Streamlined permission and improved administrative capabilities.
Why: To make Training management more intuitive.
How: Training > Dashboard > Assigned Courses
Use Case: Users no longer need "edit permission" to self-complete a class. Ability to unarchive previously archived training methods. Replaced "add objective" button with an inline multiselect dropdown.
Permissions: Users will only need "read dashboard" permission to view and complete assigned classes
4. Training Hours and Payroll Compliance
What: New capabilities to adjust training hours for payroll purposes.
Why: To give Administrators more functionality in being able to adjust training hours for payroll purposes.
How: Training > Training Classes
Use Case: Modify Training Records independently from actual class duration.
5. Integration Enhancements
What: Multiple improvements to system integrations.
Why: To focus on data accuracy and terminology adjustments.
How: Training > Dashboard > Assigned Courses
Use Case: Unique identifiers, filtering by department and updated "state" reference to "province" for Canadian clients.
