Release Notes - Training
In order to provide you with more detailed information on our updates we have broken the Release Notes down by module.

New Features
1. Enhanced Add Personnel Modal with Dynamic Filtering and Search
- What: Users can now dynamically filter and manage attendees with greater flexibility and ease
- Why: To allow users greater flexibility when searching for attendees
- How: Training > Training Classes > Actions >Add Class
- Use Case: Users will now be able to search for attendees using various filtering criteria such as rank, shift station, apparatus and schedule. Also includes option to add all system users to a class with a simple toggle.
Enhancements
1. Asset Conflict Prevention
- What: Asset conflict restriction will provide real time alerts if an apparatus or asset is already booked during the same timeframe
- Why: To prevent double booking of apparatus and assets utilized for training.
- How: Training > Training Classes > Actions >Add Class
- Use Case: If an asset is already assigned to another training session during the selected timeframe, a warning message will inform users of conflict.
