Release Notes - Training Module
In order to provide you with more detailed information on our updates we have broken the Release Notes down by module.
New Features
1) Pinning Courses to the Training Dashboard
- What: You can now Pin your most used courses to a new section of the Training Dashboard.
- Why: Instructors and Training Officers wanted to be able to access their most used courses faster without filtering through the Training Classes List.
- How: Go to Training > Setup > Courses, then check the courses you want to pin and click "Pin Course". The courses will now appear on your dashboard. Click "Unpin" to remove them.
- Use Case: An instructor who teaches CPR twice a month can quickly access the same CPR course directly from the dashboard.

2) Creating a Multi-Day Class
- What: You can now create a class for multiple days.
- Why: Instructors and Training Officers wanted to be able to select different shift days to hold a class.
- How: Go to Training > Training List > Add a Class, then fill out the required information about the class. For Start and End Date select the date range. Then check the individual days that pop up.
- Use Case: An instructor who wants to hold a class for C shift only on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
