  1. What: Updated “US Mail Tag” Component to Correctly Format Contacts and Remove Invalid “ATTN” Labels when there is no contact.

  2. Why: As a fire marshal user, I need the “US Mail Tag” component to display appropriate contact formatting when using the “Mail - Business Inspection Contact” or “Mail - Billing Invoice Contact”, so that the resulting labels align with proper US mail standards, and unnecessary “ATTN:” labels are avoided when no contact exists.

  3. How: Using Form Builder > US Mail Tag, the following criteria will determine if the "Attn:" label is printed on the PDF document.
    1. Only show "Attn:" label when "Show Label" is ON AND a contact name exists.

    2. Never show "Attn:" label when "Show Label" is OFF or when no contact name exists

  4. Use Case: Provide the option for the Fire Dept user to Display or Not Display the Label “Attn:” when using the U.S Mail set-up from the first line of the mailing address for “Inspection Contact."
