In order to provide you with more detailed information on our updates we have broken the Release Notes down by module.

New Features

Added a new GIS contact type to the existing contact type area in Field Management called 'GIS Contact - Assessor'.


  1. What: System to automatically assign the “GIS Contact - Assessor” to contacts generated through GIS processes, so that these contacts are clearly identified as GIS-related and cannot be manually edited, renamed, or applied to new/existing contacts by users.

  2. Why: To identify the contacts generated through GIS processes.

  3. How: No action needed, feature is automated.  The new contact type can’t be edited or deleted. On the “Edit Roles Permissions” for Contact Type we don’t show this Contact Type as the permissions can’t be changed.
