In order to provide you with more detailed information on our updates we have broken the Release Notes down by module. 

Feature Enhancements

Drivers License Multi Select 

  1. What: You can now enable to select Multiple Drivers Licenses associated with a user. 

  2. Why: This was an enhancement request of a department. 
  3. How:
    1. Navigate to Admin > Field Management. Search for Driver License Class and click the pencil. 


            

    1. Next, enable the Multi Select Option. 

      
            


    1. Next, Navigate to Personnel and access a Personnel Record. When selecting Drivers License Class you will now be able to Multi-Select. 

            

  1. Use Case: Your department can create additional driver license types, and when users are released to drive specific apparatus, you can enable this within their personnel record. 

IAFF Number Field 

  1. What: The IAFF Number has been changed to Union Number and you can input both alpha, numeric, and special characters into the field. 
  2. Why: This was enhanced per the request of several departments. 
  3. How: Nothing needs to be done on your part. Simply type the Alpha-numeric characters in. 
  4. Use Case: You can now put in a multitude of union numbers, not just numerical values.
