Purpose Statement
The List View within the Daily Operations section of the Events & Activities Module provides users with a centralized, filterable display of department-wide activities. This includes entries from Events, Inspections, Work Shifts, Time Off, Daily Log, and other operational modules.
Its purpose is to streamline visibility, improve operational awareness, and allow users to quickly review, sort, filter, and act on daily activities across the organization.
Background Information
The Daily Operations list view is designed as an operational dashboard for personnel who need quick access to a wide range of department activities. -
Reviewing all department activity for a specific date or shift
-
Sorting or filtering operational data for situational awareness
-
Accessing related module items quickly
-
Exporting activities for reporting or administrative review
-
Initiating Passdowns directly from the operational workflow
