Command Setup: Overall Strategies

Command Setup: Overall Strategies

Purpose Statement

  1. Overall strategies in the Command Module allow incident commanders to establish standardized response approaches for different types of emergencies. This feature enables departments to create, manage, and deploy pre-defined strategic frameworks that ensure consistent and effective incident response across various scenarios.

 Background Information

  1. Overall strategies serve as foundational response templates that can be quickly deployed during incidents. These strategies are associated with specific dispatch incident types and help streamline decision-making during emergency operations. The Command Setup feature provides centralized management of these strategic templates, allowing administrators to maintain an organized library of response approaches that can be activated, archived, and reactivated as needed.
