Command Setup: Requests

Purpose

  1. To explain how to create, edit and manage Requests in the Command Module through Command Setup.  


Video 



Directions

1.  In Web Responder, select the Responder Module and then Command Setup.






2.  In Command Setup, select Requests.





3.  Select "+ Request"






4A.  Enter the Name of the Request.
4B.  Select Save.
  





5.  To edit a Request select the Pencil icon.






6.  To Archive the Request select the File Box icon.






7.  To make an Archived Request Active again, switch to the Archived list, Select the Checkmark next to the desired Request and confirm the selection.
